Aeris makes ergonomic seating that professionals specify into commercial spaces — offices, healthcare environments, education.

The brief was to build a dedicated digital destination for that audience: architects, interior designers, and workplace consultants who need more than a product page. They need credentials, technical detail, and a reason to recommend.

The information architecture was rebuilt around professional workflows — product specification, technical documentation, and project enquiry. Where the consumer site sells aspiration, this had to earn credibility. The visual language stayed within Aeris's established system, but the structure, hierarchy, and tone were rebuilt from the ground up.

The gap

The main Aeris site was built for consumers. Professionals landing there found a brand that didn't speak their language and a structure that didn't reflect their decision-making process. The work needed to sit within the same visual system while serving an entirely different purpose.
